01 Legal Framework & FIFA Compliance

By engaging in any Academy activity, trials, or residential programs, the Participant (and their legal guardian) acknowledges that Kotobali Academy operates under the laws of The Gambia and adheres to the FIFA Regulations on the Status and Transfer of Players (RSTP). All developmental activities are designed to align with international professional standards.

02 International Scouting & Trials

Participants acknowledge that Kotobali Academy acts as a High-Performance Incubator. While we facilitate direct exposure to professional scouts and technical directors from European, Asian, and American leagues, the Academy makes no guarantee of professional placement or contract offers. Contractual negotiations resulting from Academy showcases are subject to independent legal review and FIFA's "Minor Transfer" protection laws.

03 Medical Disclaimer & Injury Protocol

Football is an inherently physical sport. Participants warrant that they possess adequate medical insurance and are in peak physical condition. Kotobali Academy provides on-site physiotherapy and first-aid; however, the Academy is not liable for long-term rehabilitation costs or career-ending injuries unless caused by gross negligence of facilities. We reserve the right to mandate medical examinations prior to high-intensity residential cycles.

04 Media Rights & Commercial Usage

The "Kotobali Brand" is built on the success of our athletes. Participants grant the Academy an exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use their name, likeness, video footage, and performance statistics for:

Digital scouting portfolios and highlight reels.
Social media marketing and Academy branding.
Broadcasts of Academy showcases and friendly matches.

05 Anti-Doping & Substance Policy

In accordance with WADA (World Anti-Doping Agency) standards, Kotobali Academy maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding performance-enhancing drugs and illicit substances. Discovery of such use will result in immediate and permanent expulsion from the Academy without appeal or refund of any paid fees.
